Dog Sledding Charity Challenge
28th February – 7th March 2011

Serge Tassi, part-owner of La Barbe, is planning his next charity challenge - dog sledding in the land of the midnight sun – in aid of the NSPCC.  The intrepid restaurateur will be sledding over 200 kilometres into the wilds of Norway in 6 days.  In a hostile environment, with temperatures falling as low as -30°C, he will be truly tested.  Pushing himself to his limits – and beyond – he will also be responsible for the wellbeing of a team of huskies.
