Pays d’Oc. Roche de Belanne (13.5%)

This aromatic wine has a delicate perfumed & floral

nose. The palate is smooth with some mid-palate weight.

Rounded flavours of stone fruits & white flowers.

A refreshing acidity balances the wine perfumed character.

Loire. Domaine des Herbauges  (13%).

Grown by perfectionist Luc Choblet, the wine is super

fresh and lively with a lovely twist of lemon acidity.

Beautifully balanced and dry it also develops exotic

fruits such as pineapple, banana and quince on the palate.

A bright, fresh Languedoc white with fragrant aromas of

white flowers, quince and aniseed followed by lemon

citrus, melon and honey.

Touraine. Famille Bougrier (11%)

A blend of Gamay Noir, Cabernet Franc & Grolleau, with

aromas of strawberries and red cherries. The palate is

off-dry in style with succulent fruit flavours. The slight

sweetness is balanced perfectly by a refreshing acidity.

Bordeaux Supérieur. (13%)

 Made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Cabernet Sauvignon,

 the wine has a soft nose of cherry, cassis, and spice. The

 palate it is quite well balanced with a solid tannic structure.

Côteaux du Languedoc. (14%)

The wine is a blend from Syrah, Carignan and Mourvedre

and is a soft velvety red with a floral bouquet of violets

and red berries with a dominance of spicy Syrah on the palate.

This Pinot Noir is bursting with fresh red fruits on the nose.

Smooth on the palate with flavours of red cherries,

raspberries, violets & blackcurrant leaf. Well structured

with light tannins, a restrained acidity & a long, fresh finish
