A delicious blend of crisp Vermentino with its citrus and

exotic fruit aromas complement the very ripe fruit and

floral qualities of chardonnay giving a well-balanced wine.

A nose of citrus fruits, white flowers and green apple

leading to a very lively on palate with lemon flavours

and notes of ripe fruits.

Fresh aromas of Sauvignon, this dry white is fruity

and tasty, fleshy and structured, Entre-Deux-Mers

invites conviviality. Lovely as an aperitif or with fish.

Clairet is where the word Claret comes from. The

Cabernet Franc brings the fresh, spicy, herbal signature

in the aromatic bouquet and crisp, airy finish, where it

joins a chorus of tart cherry, raspberry & strawberry notes

provided by the Merlot & the Cabernet Sauvignon.

This wine has a spicy nose and the palate is round

and well-balanced with flavours of blackberry, mint

and black pepper notes.

Under conversion to organic production, this is a blend

of Chateauneuf-du-Pape grapes from vineyards in the

village.  It has all the power, presence and complexity

of the great wines of the region.

The nose is soft with a hint of dark chocolate which also

comes through on the palate. Good elegant tannins give

it structure. Great length with smoothness and simplicity.
